Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of materials and supplies
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using proper labeling and storage systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory audits
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely material availability
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a non-airconditioned environment
