Warehouse Assistant (4-Day Work Week)

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be integral to the logistics and supply chain operations, specifically handling aircraft parts and managing yard logistics. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety. Your main responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard areas.
What We Offer:
- 4-day work week (e.g., Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday)
- Basic salary: $2,500 - $2,800 per month
- Gross earnings up to $3,500 per month including overtime and bonuses
- Full-time, permanent employment

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming aircraft parts and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for timely dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Manage yard logistics, including container handling and equipment movement
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work 4 days per week (12-hour shifts)
