Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming aerospace parts and materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments in compliance with customer requirements and export regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and perform cycle counts
- Organize and store stock in assigned locations, ensuring proper labelling and FIFO rotation
- Assist in loading and unloading of cargo, operating material handling equipment where certified
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, and aerospace industry standards
- Support the team in housekeeping, 5S practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Report discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehousing is an advantage
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing
- Ability to read and understand work orders, packing lists, and shipping documents in English
- Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office, WMS) and numerical accuracy for inventory tasks
- Physically fit to perform manual handling, standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg
- Forklift license (e.g., Class 3) is a plus but not mandatory – training may be provided
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety protocols
