Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, inspect, sort, and accurately store incoming goods and materials within the warehouse.
- Perform meticulous picking, packing, and staging of orders for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation and replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, in compliance with company standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trolleys safely and proficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to prevent accidents and damage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational targets and support overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 15-20kg.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapting to varying operational demands.
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate documentation, inventory counting, and order processing.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physically active role is a significant advantage.
- Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts as required by operational needs.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
