Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with 100% accuracy using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and damage.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics management team to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
- Unload incoming shipments and verify documentation against physical stock received.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution center.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
