Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and labeling of goods according to order requirements.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stock counts to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Efficiently load and unload goods from incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse facility.
- Assist in the documentation and processing of delivery notes and shipping manifests.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a related logistics role is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
- Strong attention to detail with basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficient in operating warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks or forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifts if necessary and comply with Free Trade Zone security protocols.
