Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of warehouse inventory according to daily work orders.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery and manual handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper handling of all goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for distribution, including labeling and palletizing goods for transport.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedural instructions.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems for inventory tracking is an advantage.
