Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
- Prior forklift license is an added advantage
