Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of kitchen equipment against purchase orders.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and label goods for daily outgoing deliveries to clients.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate handling tools.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and stock checks to maintain 100% data accuracy.
- Organize warehouse storage space to maximize efficiency and ensure easy accessibility of stock.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all workplace safety regulations.
- Report any stock damages, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of Secondary School education or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Basic command of the English language for reading delivery orders and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in inventory tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid forklift license is a significant advantage.
