Job Description
Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Checker to join our dynamic team in Guiguinto, Bulacan. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all inventory levels are correctly recorded, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.
You will collaborate closely with the logistics and production teams to streamline operations, promptly address any discrepancies, and support the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify the quantity, quality, and labeling of incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system (WMS) in real time.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or misālabeled items to the supervisor for corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazardāfree work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, as needed, and support periodic stocktaking activities.
- Coordinate with transport and production teams to schedule shipments and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WMS usage).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25āÆkg and stand for extended periods.
