Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational standards
- Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports to identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only
- Diploma or certificate in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures
