Responsibilities
- Process and collect payments from dealers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify quantities and prices of items against invoices and purchase orders.
- Issue official receipts and maintain organized documentation for all transactions.
- Assist in general warehouse upkeep and inventory organization.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
- Report any payment discrepancies or stock variances to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment within the warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in cashiering, data entry, or warehouse inventory management.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and POS/inventory software.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with dealers.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and follow shifting schedules as required.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Sipocot, Camarines Sur.
