Responsibilities

  • Process and collect payments from dealers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify quantities and prices of items against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Issue official receipts and maintain organized documentation for all transactions.
  • Assist in general warehouse upkeep and inventory organization.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
  • Report any payment discrepancies or stock variances to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment within the warehouse facility.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in cashiering, data entry, or warehouse inventory management.
  • Strong mathematical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and POS/inventory software.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with dealers.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis and follow shifting schedules as required.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Sipocot, Camarines Sur.
