Sea Hawk Global Lines is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Executive to oversee and optimise our logistics operations at the Klang/Port Klang hub. You will be responsible for training and supervising warehouse staff, coordinating with thirdâparty logistics partners, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to maximise space utilisation and reduce operational costs. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, putâaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to minimise discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with transportation and customs teams to facilitate timely inbound and outbound logistics.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and cost efficiencies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to foster a highâperforming team environment.
- Utilise warehouse management software (WMS) to optimise space utilisation and streamline workflows.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as delivery notes, customs declarations, and stock reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Excellent organisational, timeâmanagement, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and international shipping procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods as required by warehouse duties.
