Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock documentation
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shift schedules for optimal productivity
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely material flow
- Generate operational reports and analyze key performance metrics
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management roles
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience working in manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is advantageous
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work flexible hours when required
