Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of dairy products
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for efficient product flow
- Oversee warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and procedures for maximum space utilization
- Generate inventory reports and analyze operational efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG/dairy sector
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and cold chain logistics
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
