We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive - Mandarin Speaking to join our team at Oversea Lighting & Electric (M) Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth flow of our supply chain operations, from inventory management to logistics coordination.
As a Mandarin-speaking professional, you will serve as a key communication link with our diverse clientele and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their career in the manufacturing and logistics industry. The working schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure an efficient workflow.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and update records accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients in Mandarin to process orders and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents and logistics paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and handling physical goods.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is essential.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
- Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.
