Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a leading technology hardware provider to hire a Warehouse Executive (Technology) in Singapore's Central Region. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will help ensure the accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of cybersecurity hardware, devices, and related technology components. You will play a key part in supporting secure access solutions by maintaining precise inventory, enabling timely order fulfillment, and upholding safety and security standards across all warehouse processes.

As the Warehouse Executive, you will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT teams to maintain optimal stock levels, improve picking accuracy, and drive efficiency. You will use warehouse management systems and ERP tools to record transactions, perform cycle counts, and generate reports that inform inventory planning. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and readiness to support a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping of technology hardware and security solutions.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations using WMS/ERP systems.
  • Process orders accurately and on time; prepare shipping documentation; coordinate with couriers.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment; ensure compliance with security and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT, and field teams to forecast needs and maintain stock levels for ongoing projects.
  • Assist with process improvements, standard operating procedures, and KPI tracking for warehouse operations.
  • Support returns processing, damaged items handling, and vendor liaison as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; technology hardware experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Physical ability to lift or move items and perform routine warehouse tasks; willingness to work flexible shifts.
