Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock counts and cycle‑counting programmes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to support just‑in‑time material flow.
- Supervise and train warehouse operators, forklift drivers, and support staff.
- Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to generate reports and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and stock‑taking methods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Proficiency in using WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
