Vanli Auto Spares Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at our PKFZ facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of automotive spare parts from receiving to dispatch.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will collaborate with warehouse supervisors and inventory staff to maintain accurate stock levels and uphold quality standards. Your responsibilities will include processing incoming shipments, organizing storage areas, and preparing orders for delivery to various customers across Malaysia.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming automotive spare parts shipments according to standard procedures
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently to meet dispatch deadlines
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and ensure proper labeling and categorization of inventory
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation processes
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks safely
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is advantageous
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Physical fitness to handle lifting up to 25kg and prolonged standing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English is a plus
- Possession of a valid forklift license is preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
