Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
- Support cycle counting and physical inventory audits to maintain high levels of stock accuracy and integrity.
- Update and maintain inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP platform.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and returns processing.
- Participate in identifying areas for operational improvement and contribute to implementing best practices.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies and trends, providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel with skills in pivot tables, vlookups, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malay is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
- Prior experience with WMS, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), or inventory management software is a plus.
