Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Store goods in designated locations using proper stacking and safety procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery accurately and on time.
- Operate company vehicles (e.g., vans or light trucks) to transport goods between sites.
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and security regulations, reporting any hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading of containers, pallets, and other material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 (or equivalent) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks; certification is a plus.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for accurate record‑keeping and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy in inventory handling.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, push, or pull loads up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends or overtime as required.
