Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quantity requirements.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers using manual handling or equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace, complying with safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions or hazards promptly.
- Assist with shipping documentation and coordinate with logistics partners to meet dispatch deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 20āÆkg) repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory entry and record keeping.
- Valid forklift or power pallet jack license is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
