In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling processes to maximize operational efficiency and throughput. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and client services to develop innovative solutions that meet complex logistics challenges.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop efficient warehouse layout plans and storage solutions aligned with operational requirements
- Conduct flow analysis and space optimization studies to improve warehouse utilization and productivity
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand process workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for warehouse infrastructure
- Evaluate and recommend material handling equipment and automation technologies
- Support project implementation and coordinate with vendors and contractors during facility upgrades
- Analyze operational data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with clients to understand their logistics needs and propose tailored warehouse solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse design, layout planning, or logistics operations
- Proficiency in CAD software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and material handling best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex operational challenges
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce logistics is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and prioritization skills
