Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and organize incoming stock with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to SOPs
- Record transactions and update inventory systems to reflect movements
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments and proper labeling
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience is a plus
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing and light to moderate lifting
- Attention to detail and good numerical accuracy for inventory tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or data entry
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on flexible shifts
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations is an advantage
