Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store goods in designated warehouse areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to company guidelines.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely while ensuring no damage to products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational or TESDA certification is a plus).
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track inventory with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing to handle documentation and labels.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional shifting schedules if required.
