Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods, demonstrating physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory management systems (preferred).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
