Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage and coordinate team tasks, assigning work and monitoring performance
- Ensure accurate inventory control and management procedures
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate logistics operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation
- Address operational issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field is advantageous
