Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure optimal team productivity and morale.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and rigorous stock management audits.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Working knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pantoc, Bulacan and potentially adapt to shifting schedules if required.
