Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to maximise space utilisation and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting training, and investigating incidents.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of warehouse associates, fostering high performance and employee engagement.
  • Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to track shipments, generate reports, and support data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory systems and conduct accurate stock takes.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or similar logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
