Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse
- Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate incoming shipments with suppliers
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Experience in manufacturing or lighting industry is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours and in Silang, Cavite
