Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote a safe, compliant work environment.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and coordinate with procurement to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and loading of goods for shipment in compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, coordinate maintenance and safety checks for forklifts and other warehouse assets.
- Generate and analyse operational reports and KPIs using ERP or WMS data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing or logistics (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance, and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with ERP or WMS software; basic data analysis skills.
- Ability to work in Kuching, Sarawak; willingness to work five days a week and flexible hours as required.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay; good interpersonal and customer service skills.
