In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, supervising a team, and ensuring accurate receiving, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will optimize space utilization, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across processes, safety, and efficiency.
Key focus areas include meeting service levels, coordinating with transportation partners, monitoring key performance indicators (KPI), and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment in line with company policies. You will contribute to cost control by efficient labor planning and resource utilization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, storage optimization, picking, packing, and shipping activities to maximize accuracy and speed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and corrective actions.
- Enforce safety policies and compliance with workplace safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory control, and transportation teams to optimize logistics flows and service levels.
- Analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Forklift operation certification and a safe driving record.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or night shifts if required.
