We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical warehouse located in the West Region of Singapore. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining stringent quality standards (GDP/GMP), and supervising a team of warehouse assistants and operators. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
- Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, internal departments, and customers to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and storage capacity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular safety drills and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations and cold chain management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., CPL, CSCP) is an added advantage.
