Join Adecco as a Warehouse Team Lead / Supervisor in the Central Region and take charge of a dynamic warehouse operation. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure cycle counts and stock reconciliations are performed regularly
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to management
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office suite
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
- Proven track record of improving operational KPIs
- Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree preferred
