Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Implement and enforce strict inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and errors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and transport departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in proper working condition.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and staff attendance.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse best practices.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
- Must be currently based in or willing to commute to Guiguinto, Bulacan.
