Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to schedule material deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy items (up to 50lbs).
- Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
