The Warehouseman plays a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards and schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper stock rotation, counting, and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the general upkeep and security of the warehouse premises and assets.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or Vocational Graduate (Senior High School graduate is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a Warehouseman, Warehouse Worker, or in a similar logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting and carrying of heavy loads (up to 25 kgs).
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills for proper documentation and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in Mabini, Batangas and to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferably a resident of Mabini, Batangas or nearby areas.
