Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients in a warm, professional manner, providing an exceptional luxury shopping experience
  • Present and demonstrate the features, craftsmanship, and heritage of luxury watches to match client preferences
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and closing techniques
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, recording preferences and follow-up actions in CRM system
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stock organization, and regular audits
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to create an inviting, immaculate store environment
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to advise clients confidently
  • Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and resolve any issues with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, and materials is highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
