As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of advisory services, from client acquisition to portfolio management. Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through networking and referrals
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to identify clients’ investment and retirement goals
- Develop and present customised wealth management solutions, including investment products and retirement plans
- Monitor market trends and adjust client portfolios to optimise performance and manage risk
- Provide ongoing advisory support and periodic reviews to ensure client satisfaction and goal alignment
- Collaborate with senior advisors to deepen expertise in estate planning, tax optimisation, and insurance strategies
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Singapore citizen only (as per requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong interest in financial advisory, investment planning, and retirement solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and client acquisition
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS, CFP, CFA) are an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
