Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for prospective clients to understand their goals and risk tolerance.
- Present and explain wealth protection products, including life insurance, health insurance, and investment-linked plans.
- Develop personalized financial strategies to safeguard clients' assets and income.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product enhancements to provide expert advice.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients during claims and policy reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Licensed insurance advisor (or willingness to obtain license).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Filipino and English.
