Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients.
- Conduct holistic financial needs analysis to provide tailored wealth and protection solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with high-net-worth and mass-affluent individuals.
- Provide expert advice on investment, retirement, and insurance products under the HSBC Life portfolio.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and industry seminars.
- Ensure all advisory practices comply with MAS regulatory standards and internal ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and resilience.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for high achievement.
- Prior experience in banking, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Committed to continuous learning and obtaining necessary industry certifications (e.g., CMFAS).
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status preferred.
