Gobro Ph Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work setup based in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of client-facing web applications, combining creativity with robust engineering.
In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features across the full software lifecycle. You will write clean, maintainable code, implement responsive UI, and ensure performance, accessibility, and security best practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to plan, build, and ship features for client projects.
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO best practices.
- Diagnose and debug issues, implement robust error handling, and ensure reliable deployments.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle in a hybrid work environment, including testing and deployment.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to technology choices and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of web development experience with front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React/Vue or similar).
- Back-end experience with PHP, Node.js, or equivalent languages and frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and RESTful API integration.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Git/version control and collaborative workflows in a hybrid or remote setting.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
