Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the premium wine portfolio across on-trade and off-trade channels in Metro Manila.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and retailers; act as a brand ambassador for Cherry wines.
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell premium labels, and introduce new products with compelling pitches.
- Conduct wine tastings, staff trainings, and product education for customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to optimize assortment and promotions.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates; track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure timely product availability, merchandising, and impactful promotions.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and order fulfillment to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience in beverages, hospitality, or luxury goods.
- Strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and tasting notes; genuine passion for premium beverages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics; proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage (preferred).
