Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals and social media.
- Present and explain insurance products (life, health, and general insurance) to potential clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Process insurance applications, paperwork, and policy modifications accurately.
- Provide ongoing customer service, policy reviews, and claims assistance to existing clients.
- Meet individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and compliance regulations.
- Attend regular virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed – Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and access to a stable internet connection.
- Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and systems.
- Residents of Cavite, Calabarzon or nearby areas preferred.
