Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure workflows are optimized for maximum efficiency and output.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Enforce strict adherence to company safety standards and industry regulations to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage inventory levels of tools, parts, and materials to prevent operational downtime.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on workshop performance, production targets, and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or transport & logistics environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a technical setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive or industrial machinery operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Relevant certifications in safety management or workshop operations are a plus.
