About the Role
Based in the West, you will play a pivotal role in the sales department. From processing vehicle sales orders and financing documents to liaising with LTA and coordinating vehicle deliveries, your role is central to the sales workflow. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure a seamless experience for every customer from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the automotive sales team.
- Process all sales documentation, including purchase orders, loan applications, and insurance policies.
- Coordinate with LTA, banks, and insurance companies for vehicle registration and loan approvals.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and commission calculations for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on vehicle status and delivery schedules.
- Assist in inventory management and the coordination of display vehicles.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally within the automotive or vehicle sales industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and Word.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as a reliable team player.
- Experience with automotive CRM software is an advantage.
